The Dr. Kong Children's Shoes Industrial Construction Project covers an area of 30,000 square meters and plans to build two buildings. Based on the adjustments to growth rate and mixed-code ratio derived from Dr. Kong’s logistics data, the first phase is designed to meet the demand until 2029.

The project plan includes two major businesses: e-commerce and retail. It is estimated that by 2029, the retail business will have a storage capacity of 7.258 million units and a peak throughput of 520,000 units per day. Meanwhile, the e-commerce business will reach a storage capacity of 2.65 million units and a peak throughput of 105,000 units per day (with an average of 30,000 packages shipped daily).

The project is mainly equipped with an AS/RS system, an pallet conveyor system, an carton conveyor system and corresponding software systems. Specifically, it includes 22 single-deep stackers with a total of 41,640 pallet storage locations, multiple KIVA and CTU robots, one high-speed sorter, one cross-belt sorter, six pallet elevators, one tote elevator, seven spiral chutes, eight spiral elevators and four parcel separators.
