PurCotton Logistics Center, undertaken by Vstrong, is not only a large-scale automated logistics facility but also one of the largest automated medical device logistics centers in China. It covers a total floor area of over 20,000 square meters.

The facility combines conventional warehouse space with high-bay storage. The interior is strategically organized into three functional zones: an automated high-bay area, a flat-floor pallet storage area, and a piece-picking area.

Its automated high-bay warehouse features 22 aisles, equipped with 16 double-reach stacker cranes and 6 single-reach stacker cranes。There are a total of 31,200 pallet positions. A pre-warehouse conveyor system seamlessly connects the high-bay and flat-floor areas, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows for receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, and shipping, while maintaining balanced operational throughput across all storage zones.
