Covering an area of approximately 7,800 square meters, the Logistics Center of the Yunnan Baiyao Group Health Industry Project (Phase I) is built around an automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS). The system is equipped with 12 stacker cranes（double-mast, single-reach）, providing a total of 15,048 pallet positions.

The front section of the warehouse is a four-story structure with clearly defined functions per level: The first floor is designed for packaging material receiving and finished product outbound operations. The second floor houses an automated palletizing area, equipped with 6 robotic arms, along with the packaging material outbound zone. The third and fourth floors utilize a reciprocating RGV (Rail Guided Vehicle) system for storage and retrieval operations, currently primarily used for inventory counting.

Additionally, the comprehensive workshop area is mainly equipped with a case conveyor system to support material handling needs.
