The Ma’anshan Intelligent Logistics Center of Sirio Healthcare is the first intelligent automated high-bay warehouse in the nutrition and health food industry of Anhui Province. It was officially put into operation in September 2022 and covers an area of 20,000 square meters. Featuring fully unmanned transportation from goods receipt to dispatch, the center integrates advanced logistics automation equipment including AGVs, intelligent palletizers, and robotic arms. These systems work in seamless coordination, achieving full integration between workshop logistics and warehouse logistics.

Sirio (Ma'anshan) Intelligent Logistics Center deployed an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) with 23,000 pallets and two goods-to-person picking systems. For internal logistics, 26 Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) were introduced to handle material transport between the AS/RS and various production workshops. In production logistics, the two main workshops were equipped with robotic palletizing systems and over one kilometer of overhead conveyors, supported by 24 case elevators and six four-axis robotic arms.

This comprehensive setup enables fully unmanned operations—from products exiting the packaging line, through elevators, overhead conveyors, robotic palletizing, AGV parcel handling, and automated transfer, to automated storage in the central AS/RS.
