GACSURE Healthcare Industrial Park, a flagship project by GACSURE Logistics for smart pharmaceutical logistics, spans nearly 220,000 m². Its first-phase Central Pharmacy (80,000 m²) is now operational, focused on eliminating human errors through automation, digitalization, and intelligence.

Vstrong Intelligent delivered an integrated smart warehousing solution, incorporating AS/RS, case shuttle systems, A-frame sorters, electronic label picking, ACRs, AGVs, and conveyors. Key systems include a 23.9-meter-high AS/RS with 5 stackers and 7,140 pallet locations for storage and dispatch; a B2C split-case area with 30 4D shuttles boosting efficiency by 3–5x ; an A-frame sorter with 640 chutes enabling fully automated, unmanned picking with over 10x efficiency gains; and a B2B zone where 6 ACRs and 12 AGVs support goods-to-person picking, with automated conveyors linking to dispatch.

The project sets a benchmark for digital-intelligent transformation in China's pharmaceutical logistics, with outcomes set to benefit the broader industry.
