Peacebird Cixi Logistics Center has a first-phase construction area of approximately 130,000 square meters. At that time, it is one of the largest and most automated logistics centers in China’s apparel industry.
The project adopts a number of innovative solutions, including a VNA racking system with about 50,000 pallet locations for mass storage and rapid replenishment, a high-speed cross-belt sorter for batch picking and distribution of split-case goods, as well as supporting picking and conveying, and checking and packing systems.
In addition, three sets of spiral elevators are configured for vertical transportation of outbound goods, and a high-speed slider sorter is used to realize automatic route sorting of packed finished products.
