Located in Jinjiang, Fujian Province, the Anta Logistics Base Construction Project was initiated in February 2015 and completed in November of the same year. At the time, it stood as the largest and most operationally integrated logistics center in China’s footwear and apparel industry. Covering a total area of 192,000 square meters, the facility consists of four specialized warehouse buildings that support Anta’s wholesale, retail, and e-commerce operations, and is designed to accommodate the company’s strategic growth over the following decade.
The logistics center is capable of handling up to 200,000 cases of B2B inbound and outbound goods during peak periods, while daily B2C order processing averages 87,000 units and can reach as high as 500,000 on major promotional days. Inventory turnover is managed efficiently, with regular goods cycling in approximately 21 days. The center integrates multiple brands and product categories—including footwear, apparel, and accessories—across both online and offline channels, enabling shared inventory and effective peak-load balancing.
The facility is equipped with a comprehensive range of advanced automation systems. These include an AS/RS with over 65,000 pallet positions and 40 stacker cranes, a VNA system comprising nearly 20,000 pallet locations and 29 VNA trucks, as well as pallet and tote conveyors, slat sorters, cross-belt sorting systems, robotic arms, and electronic label systems. Ten lifting platforms support vertical movement, while a suite of warehouse management and control software (WMS, WCS, WCC) ensures centralized and intelligent operation.
